Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end procurement: from defined hardware/software needs through compliant purchasing, receipt, verification, and delivery to the production line.
  • •Run the dock-to-line pipeline: receiving, staging, reconciliation, deployment coordination, and reverse logistics (swaps, refreshes, RMAs, and vendor returns).
  • •Stand up and operate the software-licensing function, including master software inventory, enterprise licensing transition, renewals, compliance, and accounting.
  • •Keep systems honest by ensuring physical hardware and license status accurately mirror systems such as ticketing, warehouse, and asset-management tools.
  • •Design scalable standards and SOPs (plus dashboards) that reduce risk and enable turnkey operation as the fleet grows.

  • •Demonstrated track record building operational processes or standing up a function from scratch.
