Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Compliance CX Agent Experience product area end-to-end, from vision and strategy through continuous improvement for AML/financial crime workflows (TMS, KYC, EDD, sanctions/screening).
  • •Define and execute a multi-year roadmap balancing scale, investigator effectiveness, regulatory commitments, and platform resiliency.
  • •Drive automation-first and AI-assisted investigation experiences (human-in-the-loop) with explainability and appropriate controls.
  • •Understand investigator and specialist workflows to identify high-impact automation opportunities, reducing handle time and improving accuracy and consistency.
  • •Establish success metrics and instrumentation for compliance tooling, and proactively address security, privacy, risk, and compliance requirements (access controls, data retention, audit trails, model governance, regulator-ready reporting).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of Product Management experience, shipping consumer products at global scale.
  • •5+ years of experience launching products in fintech, DeFi, or similarly complex domains.
