Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist stores with all Loss Prevention Programs.
  • •Review exception reports and cash variances to detect internal activity and act as a witness during internal interviews when applicable.
  • •Prepare a Market and Agent recap for the DLPM weekly and support in hiring processes.
  • •Train and develop Agents, including onboarding, schedule review/approval, store tours with Store Tour Notes, and cluster trainings.
  • •Organize and participate in quarterly shoplifting blitz’s and support inventory prep and OPEX evaluations when required.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 30 - 35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of Loss Prevention experience in a retail environment.
  • •Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with some overnight travel.
  • •Oversee a multi-store district and maintain consistent, reliable attendance.
  • •Model client service and onstage leadership standards; demonstrate professional relationships with stakeholders.
  • •High School graduate or equivalent; intermediate computer skills and ability to stand/walk an 8-hour shift.
