Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and evolve the offering’s technical QA strategy (governance, test automation, AI adoption, best practices) with the QA Manager.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain the QA Test Center technical architecture (tools, integrations, environments, automation pipelines).
  • •Deploy, configure, and evolve tooling that supports the offering, including test management, automation, CI/CD, reporting, and dashboards.
  • •Support go-to-market by participating in client meetings, presenting, and technically defending the proposed setup; prepare demos/POCs and technical materials.
  • •Act as the technical reference point for delivery teams, staying current on test automation and AI trends and adapting the offering to clients’ existing stacks.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid 5+ years in QA/Testing with time spent in technical architecture or technical leadership roles.
  • •Define and implement end-to-end test automation strategies.
  • •Experience with QA governance, including processes, metrics, quality, and reporting.
  • •Proven client-facing ability, including technical presentations and adapting solutions to different contexts.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of test automation and test management tools plus CI/CD integration (e.g., Selenium/Playwright/Cypress/Appium; Azure Test Plans/Xray/TestRail/qTest; Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitLab CI/GitHub Actions).
