Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery for allocated software work packages, including planning design, coding, testing, integration, and documentation. Manage milestone reporting and task estimation, ensuring software milestones are met within approved budgets and aligned to Thales QA standards. Lead Agile/Lean development practices, perform software architectural and component reviews, coordinate with customers, and apply continuous build/integration and test approaches using appropriate tools.

•Plan the design, coding, testing, integration, and documentation for allocated software tasks.
•Manage milestone delivery and reporting, including weekly project status updates and task estimation.

•Lead development of Agile and Lean practices for software development and perform software architectural design and component reviews.
•Coordinate with customers on new software tasks and operational analysis documents, ensuring adequate preliminary testing before integration.
