Manage the plant manufacturing engineering submodule and Finishing Engineering Department, leading process improvement projects across the plant. Own robust solar module manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, and documentation, while overseeing module data for reliability, conversion efficiency, and yield. Partner with manufacturing to reduce material and labor content and meet production schedules, manage budgets, present status reports, and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
