Job Summary

Partner with Marketing and Brand Management to deliver financial insights that support business targets. Lead monthly forecasting, and oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities with strong profit and loss and balance sheet controls. Provide financial analysis and models, drive annual operating and strategic planning, and deliver reporting and performance scorecards. Enhance financial tools and processes through technology modernization while coaching and developing a Marketing Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the strategic finance business partner to Marketing, Brand Management, and Corporate Controllers by shaping decisions, applying accounting principles, and driving alignment through clear recommendations.
•Lead monthly forecasting and communicate key changes to business partners with forward-looking insights.
•Oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely deliverables, resolving unusual items, and maintaining strong financial controls across P&L and balance sheet responsibilities.
•Provide financial analysis and models, and lead preparation and compilation of annual operating and strategic plans and related balance sheet accounts.
•Lead Marketing Finance team development and cross-functional projects, partnering with IT and Finance Modernization to enhance tools and drive efficiencies through technology.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,000 - 159,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
•Minimum of 7 years of professional general business and financial experience.
•Experience managing profit and loss responsibilities with knowledge of financial systems and general accounting principles.
•Demonstrated experience working across multiple departments to complete projects and resolve organizational challenges.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot) and automation/analytics tools (Power BI/Power Automate).
