Key Responsibilities

•Lead medium to large, complex projects (typically multiple projects in parallel), with direct accountability for project schedule, scope, budget, and quality.
•Coach and mentoring project team members around project management methodology and share lessons learned.
•Create and maintain project plans (WBS and Gantt) to ensure quality deliverables; manage risks, issues, and change requests.
•Communicate project status and health through written reports and stakeholder reviews; align reporting to KPI measurements.
•Act as central point of contact with clients and internal teams for assigned projects and support governance with PMOs.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS or equivalent experience required; 8+ years’ experience leading the implementation of medium to large scale global projects, with management and oversight of diverse functional teams.
•3 to 5+ years of leading change in a virtual, global environment.
•Ability to apply Waterfall project management methodology (Agile is a nice-to-have) depending on project nature.
•Experience in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry with client-facing, senior/executive level communications.
•Proven ability to coach and mentor other Project Managers and facilitate meetings; develop and execute detailed project plans and deliverables.
