Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale a KOL/creator network in Spain, Iberia, and other countries for Kraken Pro from the ground up
  • •Drive new trading user acquisition through influencer and creator partnerships across the region
  • •Own end-to-end relationship management with local KOLs, from sourcing to activation
  • •Represent Kraken Pro’s derivatives suite (perpetual futures, prop trading, margin) to top regional creators
  • •Partner cross-functionally with growth, marketing, and compliance teams to benchmark and adapt a KOL playbook

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record building an influencer/KOL/creator network from scratch in Spain and/or the Iberia region
  • •Fluent Spanish (Portuguese a plus) and deep fluency in the local crypto/trading creator ecosystem
  • •Experience acquiring trading users at scale with a clear eye on CAC
  • •Hands-on, get-it-done approach focused on solving on-the-ground problems
  • •Understanding of perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading products
