Job Summary

Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and dispute resolution involving D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, and Property/Business Interruption. Advise clients on insurance recovery strategy, analyze policy terms and endorsements, and draft coverage analyses, pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda. Work across all litigation phases while coordinating with clients, insurers, brokers, adjusters, and defense counsel.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings involving first- and third-party coverages.
•Advise clients on insurance recovery strategy and a broad range of coverage issues.
•Analyze and interpret complex commercial insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage provisions.
•Draft coverage analyses, pleadings, motions, briefs, and substantive legal memoranda.
•Support all phases of litigation, including factual development, discovery, motion practice, and hearing or trial preparation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 295,000 - 365,000 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 4 years of relevant experience in insurance recovery, insurance coverage litigation, or policyholder-side coverage counseling.
•Demonstrated experience representing policyholders and counseling clients on insurance recovery.
•Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
•Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
•Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; admission to the applicable state bar (or ability to obtain admission promptly).
