Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver software factory platform capabilities, including tooling, automation, and AI-enabled development environments.
  • •Build agentic AI capabilities such as tool orchestration, LLM application development, and workflow automation.
  • •Develop automation for continuous Authority to Operate (cATO), including evidence collection, compliance reporting, and policy-as-code enforcement.
  • •Create secure-by-default CI/CD pipeline products with hardened templates, integrated security scanning, and software supply chain controls.
  • •Extend platform self-service features (developer onboarding automation, reusable deployment patterns, code assistants/model serving) and support hardened Kubernetes environments in CUI/IL5 settings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience; or 12+ years in lieu of degree.
  • •5+ years of related experience in Software Engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps technologies, including 3+ years hands-on with Kubernetes.
  • •Strong development skills in Python, Go, or similar to build tooling and applications.
  • •CI/CD pipeline development experience with GitLab CI strongly preferred; integration of security scanning (SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning).
  • •Containerization and infrastructure as code experience (Docker, Helm/OCI artifacts; Terraform and/or Ansible) plus Git-based workflows/GitOps patterns.
