Key Responsibilities

•Identify and frame value by translating customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases and building demos and business cases.
•Realize value by facilitating business value workshops, identifying opportunities for process enhancement, and presenting results to senior management and C-level executives.
•Scale value by owning the end-to-end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adoption, renewing) and building strategic expansion roadmaps for long-term platform adoption.
•Collaborate with Celonis Sales Teams and Services to drive measurable business impact across processes and industries.
•Provide feedback to product teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases.

Key Requirements

•Experience in an analytical role focused on value realization through data analysis and process improvement, preferably in a customer-facing environment (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or IT/Management Consulting).
•Knowledge of Python and/or SQL; experience with RPA and/or BI tools; ability to collaborate with IT teams.
•Ability to identify use cases for business process improvement and deploy improvement measures; act as a change agent and train users/process owners to realize value.
•Project management experience, including planning scopes and timelines across multiple accounts and leveraging partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience preparing value roadmaps and presenting results to C-level executives.
