Key Requirements

  • •2 years’ experience as a Bachelor’s prepared certified teacher or 2 years’ experience as a Bachelor’s prepared registered nurse.
  • •Ability to accurately and consistently perform specific OSCE scenarios based on scripts, including symptoms/behaviors.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate with students acting as providers and WGU faculty, while remaining in character.
  • •Ability to keep OSCE case information confidential and to answer questions discretely without leading students.
  • •Must demonstrate technological competency with OSCE recording and communication platforms.
