Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver highly complex infrastructure projects and programmes across the aviation portfolio in line with client objectives and the full project lifecycle.
  • •Manage contract delivery, financial performance, and project controls, ensuring effective oversight throughout the programme.
  • •Lead and develop project teams on large projects or programmes while motivating others and operating under pressure.
  • •Ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental management are adhered to (including any applicable SOX control responsibilities).
  • •Provide stakeholder leadership by communicating across senior client representatives and building trusted advisor relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the project lifecycle, including project management principles and delivery to client objectives.
  • •Experience with contract management, leadership and teamwork, financial management and project controls, plus health, safety, quality and environmental management.
  • •Strong leadership capability to develop teams and lead others in challenging environments or ambiguity.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build long-term trusted-advisor relationships with clients and partners.
  • •Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills, with the ability to shape complex problems into workable delivery solutions.
