•Share a new adventure with every customer by introducing useful and practical The North Face products.
•Provide advice and insight into The North Face products aligned to each customer’s needs.
•Build customer relationships through knowing, understanding, and empathising with loyal customers.
•Recommend the right tools of the trade necessary for customers’ next adventure.
•Support store operations with a minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
