Job Summary

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team in Tracy, coordinating resale purchasing, pricing/product data in the ERP system, and marketing collateral. Manage a sample program, support customer requests and cases, distribute leads, and coordinate events and trainings. Create and analyze reports using Salesforce and Tableau, assist with sales reporting, SKU analysis, forecasting, purchase orders, and inventory reconciliation to ensure a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Support daily business operations by partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure a positive customer experience.
•Manage the sample program, including sample inventory, shipment tracking, and packing/shipping samples to homeowners, contractors, dealers, and distributors.
•Create, analyze, and distribute reports using Salesforce and Tableau, supporting sales reporting, SKU analysis, forecasting, and resale purchasing.
•Prepare purchase orders by verifying pricing and specifications, confirming supplier recommendations, and obtaining required approvals.
•Coordinate logistics for customer events, trainings, and industry partnerships, and assist with customer cases and orders as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required (equivalent education and experience considered).
•At least one year of customer service, sales support, or administrative coordination experience.
•Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
•Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail, plus excellent verbal and written communication.
