Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate quality criteria throughout the technology transfer flow for innovation projects.
  • •Review and complete technology transfer documents (e.g., MB/IDB/Check List, Success Criteria, pre-trial and post-trial) and support cross-functional meetings.
  • •Assess and approve material and product specifications, create control plans, and evaluate project impact on change control.
  • •Support qualification and validation activities (performance, process, and cleaning), including monitoring industrial-scale testing when required.
  • •Conduct deviation investigations, manage innovation-related supplier nonconformities, coordinate trainee activities, and ensure Good for Sale documentation is prepared and approved before release.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed higher education in related fields (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry).
  • •Ability to work in a hybrid model (3x per week) at the factory on Rod. Raposo Tavares (with possible flexibility depending on demand/project).
  • •Intermediate English proficiency.
  • •Knowledge of Investigation and Nonconformity Management, 5S, and GMP/BPF, and experience applying quality tools.
  • •Knowledge of risk analysis tools and project management, with strong organization and critical prioritization.
