Job Summary

Lead regulatory capital and risk-weighted assets (RWA) reporting as a subject-matter expert, advising Finance, Controllership, Treasury, and Regulatory Reporting to deliver accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial and regulatory outputs. Partner cross-functionally to assess capital impacts of business initiatives, strengthen governance and control frameworks, and drive process improvements supporting Basel III Endgame implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the subject matter expert for regulatory capital and RWA reporting requirements, providing guidance to Finance and regulatory reporting teams.
•Ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and well-controlled financial and regulatory reporting to executive leadership, the board, and regulators.
•Partner with business lines and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate capital and RWA implications of initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
•Provide leadership, talent development, mentoring, and review/approval of team member work to strengthen technical expertise and controls.
•Drive improvements to reporting strategies, governance and control frameworks, and documentation/communication of changes to reporting workflows and data sources.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent education and training.
•Eight years of relevant accounting or accounting policy experience.
•Understanding of GAAP and SEC/Regulatory Reporting.
•Strong leadership abilities with high integrity, analytical thinking, and clear communication across organizational levels.
•Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, word processing, and database software).
