  • •Monitor and manage the Asset Protection Support Request Log, including triage and issue tracking.
  • •Analyze security system issues, action reporting and system change requests, and escalate complex items to level 2 support as needed.
  • •Monitor and respond to Lenel S2 NetBox and Exacqvision system alerts, triaging and escalating when necessary.
  • •Review and update training documents; coordinate with IT on equipment outages and network-related issues.
  • •Manage security vendors, and support physical installation, replacement, or removal of cameras, S2 Nodes, and related equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years as a Security or AP Supervisor.
