Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex tasks autonomously with limited oversight and expert controls engineering knowledge.
  • •Manage medium-sized or multiple smaller projects across assigned program work and mentor other professionals.
  • •Develop technical solutions for high-performance actuation and motion control challenges across the product lifecycle.
  • •Apply systems engineering principles to define and solve actuation system problems and influence cross-discipline engineering teams.
  • •Support and drive product development project execution in collaboration with an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in STEM with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
  • •Experience with electromagnetic or electrohydraulic control actuation systems.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of the Controls Engineering domain and ability to lead complex tasks with limited oversight.
  • •Experience with feedback control systems, including control theory, system sizing, testing, integration, and design to manufacturing.
  • •Existing US DoD security clearance.
