Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct routine preventive maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics on motors, pumps, valves, and other equipment.
  • •Repair broken components, install new machinery, and perform emergency fixes.
  • •Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using observation, testing, and schematics.
  • •Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts inventory.
  • •Adhere to HSE and biosecurity requirements, support process safety management, and complete required paperwork.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Good mechanical abilities and willingness to learn day-to-day maintenance mechanic functions within a 45-day trial period.
  • •Ability to work any shift including weekends and holidays, and be on call for plant emergencies.
  • •Must pass required maintenance and safety training, including M-4 maintenance test (80%+).
  • •Required hazmat team participation: must pass Hazwoper training and Confined Space training, plus related physical/respirator requirements.
