Job Summary

Own the vision and roadmap for BMC’s Control-M platform, focusing on an AI-first, agentic product direction. Key Responsibilities

•Work with customers, prospects, sales, pre-sales, and customer success to understand pain points and future needs.
•Plan product deliveries by documenting requirements, prioritizing release content, and publishing roadmaps.
•Partner with development, QA, solutions marketing, and support teams to ensure planned delivery, enable sales, and satisfy customers.
•Ensure product-market fit by maintaining a strategic backlog of prioritized features (using Aha!).
•Collaborate effectively with remote stakeholders in a globally distributed organization.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of product management experience for a SaaS product in an enterprise/B2B software company.
•Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers and a strong customer service ethic.
•Hands-on knowledge of current AI approaches, including LLMs, RAG, agents, and data pipelines.
•At least 3 years of UX-oriented product management experience, including user research and data-driven UX optimization (A/B testing).
•Fluency with AI tools for PM tasks and the ability to write PRDs/stories and translate complex needs into prioritized feature backlogs.
