Job Summary

Operate as a technical expert on the Omni platform in a high-touch pre-sales model across the customer lifecycle. Partner with sales to uncover and prove out use cases, build and present Proofs of Concept (POCs), and help transition trials into successful customers with post-sales teams. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver user feedback and influence product direction.

•Build and present Proofs of Concept (POCs) in the Omni platform as part of the evaluation process.
•Transition trials into successful customers by partnering with post-sales teams and coordinating ongoing support with partners.
•Collaborate extensively with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.

•5-7 years of data analytics/BI experience, including some pre-sales experience.
•Strong SQL skills for analytics.

•Comfortable owning technical conversations directly with customers.
•Prior experience with business intelligence and/or enterprise data analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Omni, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Sisense).
