  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand installation/repair requirements and forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology and a variety of hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and working proficiency with a hand-held computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent violations, including DUI, hit & run, or reckless/careless driving in the past 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to follow blueprints/engineering specifications and use hand tools to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
