Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, inspect, test, adjust, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and remove measurement, control, regulation, SCADA, and gas quality equipment.
  • •Detect measurement errors, correct volumes as needed, and provide supporting documentation for corrections.
  • •Monitor gas volumes through the measurement system and ensure corrections and proper qualities are applied.
  • •Interpret and apply electrical and electronic schematics related to flow measurement and measurement electronics.
  • •Oversee upkeep and maintenance of facilities, oversee third-party construction/maintenance, perform custody transfer/control data audits, complete documentation, and respond to unsafe conditions using stop work authority.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency, and/or an associate’s degree in a technical field with at least 3 years of equivalent experience.
  • •Working knowledge of the National Electric Codes and experience using electronic test instruments.
  • •Knowledge of natural gas measurement, including liquid chromatography, and safe handling practices for flammable gases, liquids, and high pressure systems.
  • •Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment used for gas and liquid measurement and control, including AGA/API/GPA measurement standards.
  • •Basic computer skills (MS Office/operating systems/company software) and strong analytical/troubleshooting and communication skills, with a focus on job safety and a valid driver’s license.
