  • •Own infrastructure as a product, including defining and evolving a platform maturity model and platform roadmap.
  • •Run the intake/backlog and make the next roadmap pull obvious for monthly delivery discovery and execution.

  • •Make cost a first-class product surface using attribution/chargeback and efficiency KPIs.
