Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 5+ years with a PhD.
  • •12–15+ years in payments with significant time in product management and/or commercialization.
  • •Deep familiarity with network tokenization and EMV chip/contactless acceptance.
  • •Experience partnering with issuers, acquirers, gateways, and large merchants, including technical considerations.
  • •People leadership experience building, coaching, and managing product/program managers.
