Supervisor - Reliability (Monroe PP - I&C/Mechanical))

Oversee reliability and maintenance activities at power generating stations by organizing, planning, and supervising skilled trades and I&C technicians. Lead day-to-day corrective and preventative maintenance and forced/periodic unit outages, administer contracts for external labor and materials, and coordinate quality, timeliness, and safe work practices. Manage union and non-union personnel planning, staffing, coaching, and performance management while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and engineering groups.
