Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate client onboarding, including prospect pipeline support, proposal generation assistance, new account paperwork, account opening, and establishing an ongoing communication/client service plan.
  • •Answer incoming phone calls, manage client needs where possible, and advise the Financial Advisor of actions taken.
  • •Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for Financial Advisor(s), including mailings, reporting, and e-mail tracking to support defined client service models.
  • •Assemble paperwork and reports for client meetings; organize seminars and client events, including client lists, content development, and PowerPoint presentation coordination.
  • •Initiate and complete transactions required to service client accounts and may place securities orders per Financial Advisor instructions or client verbal direction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21.03 - 31.7 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of prior industry and/or administrative work experience.
  • •Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses, or willingness to study and obtain within 18 months of hire.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to learn Baird’s private wealth management technology platforms.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to exchange ideas and information.
  • •Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an understanding of compliance regulations and client confidentiality.
