Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and lead secure GitLab solution implementations, including security risk assessments and threat modeling for client engagements.
  • •Advise customers on GitLab SaaS, Self-Managed, and Dedicated architecture choices based on security and compliance requirements.
  • •Lead technical discovery to understand customer security, compliance, and infrastructure needs, and translate insights into implementation plans and deliverables.
  • •Lead migrations from legacy SCM and CI/CD tooling and application security tools (e.g., Snyk, Checkmarx, Veracode, SonarQube, GitGuardian) to GitLab CI/CD and security scanners.
  • •Coordinate security implementation across cross-functional teams, mentor consultants, and develop security delivery kits, documentation, training, and enablement sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering secure enterprise architectures across application security, cloud security, secure cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps practices.
  • •Experience migrating source code management and CI/CD platforms with security controls.
  • •Hands-on skills with configuration management and infrastructure as code tooling, including Ansible and Terraform.
  • •Deep knowledge of GitLab security scanning capabilities, including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, secret detection, and container scanning.
