Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate as a helpdesk, supporting users across the business in their use of ERP systems and coordinating resolution of process and system issues.
  • •Provide training and awareness for new and existing ERP system users.
  • •Assist with system and process development, including issue identification, analysis, solution building, testing, and deployment.
  • •Act as the point of contact for Supply Chain stakeholders such as IMT, Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Operations, and Project Controls.
  • •Collaborate across teams to improve systems and processes and support capability building through training and data insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 40,000

Key Requirements

  • •Proven knowledge and experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
  • •Experience providing training on systems, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Proficiency with standard Microsoft packages.
  • •Ability to support users with business system issues and coordinate resolution of process and system problems.
  • •Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and act as a point of contact for Supply Chain stakeholders.
