Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate ready-mix trucks safely in the plant yard, on public highways, and at job sites to deliver products.
  • •Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is maintained, clean, and safe.
  • •Verify compliance with mix specifications after loading and at the job site, and align mixer drum for product intake.
  • •Safely drive to loading/unloading locations and release concrete by operating mixer and chute systems as directed.
  • •Clean the truck after each delivery, record production activities in an electronic tracking system, and ensure DOT compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
