Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle monthly end-to-end payroll activities, including collating/validating inputs and outputs and completing statutory reporting.
  • •Contribute to improving and implementing payroll processes and systems to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Support payroll and benefits processes as policies and law/regulations change.
  • •Produce payroll reporting and analysis and assist with internal and external audits.
  • •Manage payroll vendors in line with contract terms and SLAs, and build relationships with local authorities (e.g., social security, tax).

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's in Data Science or a related technical discipline.
  • •Strong numerical sensitivity with comfort working with data.
  • •Good collaborator and team player.
  • •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
