Job Summary

Support EUSPA’s anomaly and non-compliance management while helping drive safe, compliant delivery for space systems. Provide secretariat support to anomaly review boards, escalate and track operational anomalies, monitor closure plans and recovery actions, and perform trend analysis across system segments. Assist with software product assurance activities including tailoring product assurance and safety baselines, and follow up on certification audit findings to ensure timely closure.

Key Responsibilities

•Support anomaly and non-compliance management activities.
•Provide secretariat support to EUSPA anomaly review boards and service requirements non-compliance management boards.
•Escalate operational anomalies/non-compliances and monitor closure plans and recovery actions with proper flow-down to projects.
•Conduct trend analysis of anomalies and non-compliances across system segments and ensure timely resolution of AR/NCR actions against KPIs.
•Assist with software product assurance and safety/certification processes, including tailoring baselines and following up on certification audit findings to closure.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Product Assurance, Quality, Safety, Systems Engineering, or related fields in the space/aerospace industry.
•Experience with Galileo, EGNOS, GNSS, or other satellite navigation programmes.
•Proven anomaly management and non-compliance handling, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.
•Knowledge of Product Assurance, Safety, Quality Management, and applicable space standards (e.g., ECSS).
•Experience supporting audits, reviews, certification activities, and closure of findings; fluency in English (French advantage).
