Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate rubber-tired or crawler tractors with front-end scoop buckets safely and efficiently.
  • •Excavate and load materials from pit sites, stockpiles, and batch plants; load trucks as needed.
  • •Complete daily pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and document findings.
  • •Perform routine maintenance and minor servicing; escalate major issues to the Foreman.
  • •Assist in training less experienced team members and perform general labor duties as required.
