Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate substation and/or transmission project activities, managing resource requirements, priorities, investment plans, and project execution strategy.
•Oversee project budgets, O&M and capital performance; analyze variances and take actions to control scope, schedule, and cost while ensuring approved scope, schedule, and budget.
•Manage project controls and reporting, providing leadership and coordination of scheduling, cost controlling, and reporting processes.
•Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders (engineers, construction managers, utilities, permitting and regulatory agencies, and customers) and hold teams accountable for results.
•Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (including FERC and NERC) and manage risk controls, including risk definition and mitigation action analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,640 - 145,800

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering with 12+ years of relevant energy industry experience required, or more than 20 years of relevant experience required.
•Experienced in contract negotiations and supplier management.
•Proven experience obtaining siting permits.
•Expert in integrating scheduling tools (MS Project and/or Primavera) with costs and resource requirements.
•Expert in risk management and mitigation plans, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
