Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate substation and/or transmission project activities, managing resource requirements, priorities, investment plans, and project execution strategy.
  • •Oversee project budgets, O&M and capital performance; analyze variances and take actions to control scope, schedule, and cost while ensuring approved scope, schedule, and budget.
  • •Manage project controls and reporting, providing leadership and coordination of scheduling, cost controlling, and reporting processes.
  • •Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders (engineers, construction managers, utilities, permitting and regulatory agencies, and customers) and hold teams accountable for results.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (including FERC and NERC) and manage risk controls, including risk definition and mitigation action analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,640 - 145,800

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering with 12+ years of relevant energy industry experience required, or more than 20 years of relevant experience required.
  • •Experienced in contract negotiations and supplier management.
  • •Proven experience obtaining siting permits.
  • •Expert in integrating scheduling tools (MS Project and/or Primavera) with costs and resource requirements.
  • •Expert in risk management and mitigation plans, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
