Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide product costing expertise during product creation cycles to advise on key cost drivers and options to maximize product value and meet margin targets.
  • •Support design for manufacturing by facilitating cross-functional conversations to maximize cost value with cross-functional teams.
  • •Create FOB & margin reports at milestones, track variations vs targets, and coordinate follow-up with leaders and product line management.
  • •Drive or support projects to enhance costing processes and frameworks with Brand, Product, and Global Operations.
  • •Maintain costing systems, share costing standards and policies, and contribute to landed cost optimization and costing analysis/insights (e.g., cost driver trends).

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in footwear technology, manufacturing, engineering, or business (or a technical degree as a footwear technician), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •5+ years of relevant work experience in footwear product costing.
  • •Technical knowledge of product, material construction/properties, and product pricing.
  • •Experience in product costing, product development, or production within the sporting goods industry.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing, and analytical skills (English required).
