Key Responsibilities

  • •Automate software reclamations using SAMPro and related tools to identify non-use, revoke entitlements, and remove installs.
  • •Perform compliance reconciliations to establish Effective License Positions (ELPs) for assigned software vendors.
  • •Analyze entitlement data against active installations to identify compliance gaps, financial exposure, or over-licensing.
  • •Normalize and match discovery data from Jamf, SCCM, Intune, and Aternity, resolving discrepancies across feeds and repositories.
  • •Write and maintain SOPs, process maps, and end-to-end workflows for software requests, reclamation cycles, and license allocation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •6+ years using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory).
  • •4+ years of experience with AWS.
  • •2+ years of team leadership experience.
  • •4+ years of direct software asset management experience performing license reconciliation or data normalization (preferred).
