Job Summary

Senior product designer driving end-to-end design for talabat’s product squads in the UAE. You’ll conduct generative research, partner with PMs and stakeholders, evolve our design system, and create scalable, impactful experiences. You’ll mentor junior designers, run workshops, and advocate for user-centered outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional team within Delivery Hero’s talabat brand.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop deep domain knowledge of your squad's product area and collaborate with your manager to solve complex problems.
•Conduct generative research to understand problem spaces, synthesize insights, and run ideation sessions/workshops to design delightful user experiences.
•Define focus areas with PMs, contribute to overall product direction, and measure ongoing improvements.
•Obtain continuous user feedback at different stages of problem solving to inform design decisions.
•Create simple, elegant solutions to complex interaction problems with high attention to detail and help facilitate cross-functional workshops to achieve outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Design/Marketing/Graphic Design, Visual Communication (preferably)
•5-6 years of full-time UX & UI design experience in an agile, consumer-focused organization
•Experience partnering with Product Managers to develop strategy and rationale for features
•Minimum 2-3 years of experience interacting with users and organizing workshops with stakeholders
•Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Sketch, InVision, Zeplin) and a strong design portfolio
