Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and coordinate Micron’s management system for quality and the QMS framework.
  • •Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities using systems applications and automation.
  • •Design, develop, and implement solutions to optimize business workflows and increase efficiency.
  • •Develop, manage, and deploy the QMS framework (quality manual, policies, standards, initiatives, projects) across processes and sites.
  • •Monitor QMS performance metrics; support verification/validation, lead QMS improvement initiatives, and provide post-deployment support and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in engineering or related technical fields.
  • •Proven experience with QMS governance, including document management and process improvement.

  • •Strong facilitation and communication skills, including explaining quality standards to diverse teams.
  • •Ability to interpret and resolve complex technical requests, self-motivate, and manage multiple priorities while embracing feedback.
