Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • •Act as primary technical advisor through the Claude adoption journey, from discovery and evaluation to deployment.
  • •Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
  • •Guide architecture decisions and integration into customers' existing technology stacks, including defining evaluation frameworks.

Salary: USD 240,000 - 315,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
  • •Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
  • •Familiarity with Python and common LLM frameworks and tools (or a background in machine learning or data science).
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives and engineering/IT teams.
  • •Experience navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
