Job Summary

Research and administer land rights activities to keep land agreements accurate and compliant. Maintain leases, easements, licenses, deeds, and related records; conduct ownership/title/courthouse research; and prepare and record legal documents. Track landowner payments, lease obligations, receivables, and contractor invoices, while coordinating with landowners, county agencies, survey teams, and Legal to support land-related projects and responsive customer service.

Key Responsibilities

•Research, interpret, and maintain land rights records including leases, easements, licenses, deeds, and other property agreements.
•Conduct ownership, title, and courthouse research to verify land rights and support transactions.
•Prepare, process, record, and maintain legal documents such as leases, assignments, amendments, releases, and related agreements.
•Calculate, process, and track landowner payments, lease obligations, receivables, and contractor invoices for accurate administration.
•Maintain land records in electronic and physical systems, and submit agreements for county/government recording while coordinating with Legal and external partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 54,000 - 75,500

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED with related experience in land administration, records management, lease administration, surveying support, real estate, or a similar field.
•Ability to read, interpret, and process legal documents, contracts, and property records.
•Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
•Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Notary Public certification.
