  • •Participate in hiring, scheduling, and supervising full-time and temporary staff; provide coaching and corrective feedback up to termination as needed.
  • •Oversee process documentation and training program procedures; work with Quality Control, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve quality and streamline efficiencies.
  • •Track productivity and ensure production operates at or below budgeted cost using lean manufacturing; oversee inventory control and troubleshooting.
