Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products to recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes, including originating sourced loans through closing, while following risk and compliance policies.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to engage in sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to use advanced math to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •This role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
