Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain data pipelines unifying product and member behavioral data into a reliable, governed layer.
  • •Lead migration of product analytics infrastructure from Amplitude/Segment/Snowflake/Athena/QuickSight to Databricks, improving scalability, governance, and cost efficiency.
  • •Build and own the end-to-end longitudinal member journey data model across engagement, health intelligence, wellness journeys, and subscription milestones.
  • •Partner with Product, Data Science, and Health Intelligence to define data requirements and deliver pipelines/models that power product decisions at scale.
  • •Own data quality and reliability for the product data domain, including schema governance, lineage documentation, data contracts, monitoring, and privacy/security compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years experience developing and operating production data pipelines.
  • •Hands-on experience with product analytics stacks such as Amplitude or Segment (or equivalent event-tracking/CDP), with strong understanding of product behavioral data structure.
  • •Strong SQL and Python skills, including building tested, reliable, production-grade pipelines.
  • •Experience migrating or consolidating data infrastructure and working across multiple tools during a platform transition.
  • •Experience with cloud data warehousing such as Snowflake or Athena (or similar) and familiarity with event-driven architectures and longitudinal/session-level data modeling.
