Key Responsibilities

  • •Own problems end-to-end across edge devices, cloud platform, and the surfaces safety managers use.
  • •Build cloud ingestion, storage, and data models for real-time safety events and metrics.
  • •Implement multi-tenant identity, access control, authentication, and SSO.
  • •Develop DevOps and infrastructure capabilities including AWS-based deployments, CI/CD, and monitoring across edge and cloud.
  • •Ship and iterate on operator dashboards, compliance analytics, and agentic/agent layer features using rapid customer feedback.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack comfort across backend and, depending on strengths, infrastructure and/or frontend.
  • •Ability to reason end-to-end (device to cloud to end user) and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • •Demonstrated dynamic range to move between infra, product/UX, and customer conversations without getting re-anchored.
  • •Experience with multi-tenant systems including role-based access control.
  • •Fluent with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor as part of day-to-day work.
