Join Fluidstack’s Strategic Finance team to support leveraged finance and capital-structure work for high-value infrastructure projects. You’ll assist in financing execution, build and analyze transaction models, and coordinate cross-functional deal workstreams with senior colleagues, lenders, and external counsel. Key Responsibilities

•Support financing execution by assisting in workstreams across high-yield bond issuances, senior secured term loans, and equipment/project finance facilities; manage diligence processes and coordinate documentation through close
•Analyze credit support arrangements by reviewing and modeling guarantees, credit wraps, off-take agreements, and other backstop structures; assess impact on debt sizing and covenant mechanics
•Build and maintain transaction models covering debt sizing, DSCR waterfalls, restricted payments, levered/unlevered returns, and multi-scenario sensitivities; ensure model accuracy
•Coordinate counterparty and legal workstreams by assisting external counsel and financial advisors; track issues and aid in deal timeline resolutions
•Analyze capital structures including HoldCo/OpCo/PropCo structuring, cross-default mechanics, and intercreditor arrangements under senior guidance

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of experience in leveraged finance, structured credit, or a related capital markets role at a bank, credit fund, or infrastructure sponsor
•Exposure to deal execution processes, including diligence, documentation, and lender/advisor coordination
•Strong financial modeling skills; ability to build, maintain, and audit transaction models for multi-tranche capital structures with guidance from senior team members
•Strong written communication skills; able to draft clear, organized memos, summaries, and deal tracking materials
•Prior exposure to data center, power, digital infrastructure, or other capital-intensive real asset sectors is a plus
