•Lead a Vancouver hub engineering team and guide a shift to predictable, well-planned delivery.
•Improve team planning, sprint estimation, and communication practices.
•Drive migration of core services from Microsoft SQL Server to Aurora Postgres and DynamoDB.
•Build and scale internal compliance and observability tools for decentralized database ownership.
•Establish team processes and culture following recent turnover while resolving key technical dependencies.
