Manage onboarding and ongoing administration for insurance intermediaries (financial advisors, brokers, and agents) while supporting UBO investigations. Conduct checks to identify ultimate beneficial owners, assess potential matches against sanctions lists, and coordinate with Compliance when needed. Maintain phone and written contact with intermediaries, handle portfolio transfers and administrative tasks, and help improve processes within a tight six-person team with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
