Key Responsibilities

•Assist Managing Directors and Executive Directors in day-to-day client management activities, including client calls, documentation, pipeline updates, and ensuring timely outputs.
•Originate new business opportunities with target UAE government clients across banking products and contribute to term sheets and information memorandums.
•Examine and resolve credit, market, and operational risk aspects of transactions in collaboration with products and enablement units; participate in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
•Ensure account plans are prepared and maintained for key clients and that client files/documents are properly maintained; ensure credit reviews are submitted on time.
•Achieve team financial performance targets and identify cross-selling opportunities to increase the cross-sell ratio with key clients, while adhering to ORM, BCP, and Internal Audit requirements.

•Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline; Master’s degree in business administration is preferred.
